I have a small 2 bedroom 1 bath house for sale in Eureka/Cutten, CA 95503 in Humboldt County.

This is a prime location in a very nice neighborhood, cul-de-sac area. There is a buildable area on the lot and as per county planner, it's in the California Opportunity zone (up to 50% coverage) and you can build and single family or duplex there. There are no buildable lots in Cutten.

If you are someone that would prefer to buy it partially furnished for whatever reasons, I can leave most of the stuff you see in the video, besides the artwork there. Plus add some essentials, such extra long twin bed frame, full size bed frame, the love seat you see, table and chairs in the kitchen, a bigger functioning TV, remote, and maybe DVD player, patio furniture, some towels, decoration, and have some kitchen basics; microwave, dishes, flatware, napkins, dish towels, coffee machine, blender, toaster oven, mittens, some bake ware, glasses, lamps, charge cords, cleaning supplies, basic toiletries, some pots and things, I can do that. Even the lawn mower, weed eater, sand box, swing/slide castle, trash can, some garden tools, hose, fan, wheel barrel for gardening, work gloves, a ladder, a jackery solar generator for emergencies with a solar panel, some basic hand tools that I have double, etc there. Nothing is fancy, but it's all in good condition and you would have a good start and can update later as you go. Tell me what you need and I may have it. I used to own rentals and have all kinds of stuff I am willing to part with. I need to down-size and if you don't have stuff to fill a house with basics, I can help you and you can just move-in, heal, and enjoy your new place and possibilities. It's a lovely place in a beautiful area near the hospital and medical services.

This house is between two elementary schools that you can walk to. Good schools! Out of district kids come here.

Do you have a dog/dogs? The backyard is fully fenced.

You can walk to the post office, the schools, the zoo, the park, coffee shops, the hospital and other medical services, and endless trails. The bus stop is three blocks from the house. You are just about 5-10 minutes from the beach, costco, old town, the mall, etc.

You have a beautiful view of the redwoods and the beautiful houses down the street. It's nice a warm in Cutten, compared to Eureka, but it's not hot and we have not had any fires near here for as long as most people can remember.

I will have all the utilities on and will tell you who to call to get them in your name. I will help with information about our town, if you need it. I live only block from there myself. Why am I selling? I am retiring from being a landlord and I have always taken very good care of my places, so this is move in ready. You can have it empty or with some stuff if you need it. Just step in and you are home.

There are options about financing. 50% doen and I can finance the other half of it for 5% at 10 years (you could refinance any time), or you can get your own financing. It's up to you.
