The term “harvest moon” refers to the full, bright moon that occurs closest to the start of autumn. The name dates from the time before electricity, when farmers depended on the moon’s light to harvest their crops late into the night. The moon’s light was particularly important during the fall, when harvests are at their largest.
It’s a great time to take advantage of the moon’s energy, recharge your crystals, and manifest.
As we shift into a new season, it’s important to note, “Seasonal mood shifts usually include less energy, feeling less social, losing interest in favorite activities, having cravings for carbs and changes in sleep ― either having trouble sleeping or wanting to sleep more than usual.”
