“Shazam! Fury of the Gods” held its Los Angeles premiere on March 14 at the Regency Village Theatre. The cast arrived on the red carpet at the whimsical venue, which brought the film to life with superhero-themed arcade games, food inspired by Shazam’s Philadelphia hometown and Casamigos bars.
Directed by David F. Sandberg, “Shazam! Fury of the Gods” is an action-adventure film that follows Billy Batson (Zachary Levi) and his siblings who are bestowed the powers of the gods that transform them into adult superheroes. The team battles a vengeful trio of ancient gods (Rachel Zegler, Lucy Liu and Helen Mirren) who arrive on Earth in search of the magic that was stolen from them. The movie releases in theaters nationwide on March 17.
