Ingredients

1 scoop JJ Virgin Chocolate All-In-One Protein Shake powder*

2/3 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

1/3 cup unsweetened, full-fat coconut milk yogurt

1 tsp raw cacao powder

1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats (not quick cook)

1 cup fresh blueberries (not frozen)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp organic cacao nibs

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Directions

1In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the protein shake powder, almond or coconut milk, and yogurt or cultured coconut mil until thoroughly mixed and smooth.

2Stir in the remaining ingredients until well-combined.

3Spoon into a one-pint jar with a tight-fitting lid.

4Close and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight before eating.

Ingredients

2 scoop JJ Virgin Vanilla All-In-One Protein Shake powder*

2/3 cup chopped almonds or pecans

1/3 cup organic cacao nibs

1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats (not quick cook)

2 tbsp unsweetened unsalted almond butter

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 tbsp monk fruit extract or stevia (to taste)

1/4 tsp sea salt

organic cacao powder for rolling

Directions

1Pulse the oatmeal in a food processor until the size of small crumbs.

2Add the remaining ingredients, and pulse until well-combined and mixture holds its shape when pressed together. (Be careful not to over-process.)

3Roll the mixture into 1-1/2 inch balls. If desired, roll the finished bites in organic cacao powder.
